(Verified 02/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The GAR Portable Bath Cart is a self-draining portable shower stretcher with tray designed to allow the bathing and raising of person without the use of mechanical or physical lifting. The stretcher is made of a welded tubular steel base frame with baked enamel finish. The fiberglass top tray has a molded perimeter with rubber bumper and center troughs to facilitate drainage. The stretcher has a removable 25 to 30 pound polyurethane foam mattress with naugahyde cover that is held in place with hook and loop fastening strips. Other features include a detachable waterproof head cushion for shampooing; a removable stainless steel drainage pan that attaches to a drainage spout; two-piece nylon web restraining straps fitted with a belt type locking mechanism; and brakes on all four wheels. Side rails are optional. DIMENSIONS: Top tray is 32.5 x 76.25 inches; restraining straps are 2 x 60 inches. CAPACITY: Maximum capacity is 500 pounds.
