The unit aligns the spine, providing support at the natural curves. The cushion is made of high-density polyurethane foam with a thoracic knob, lumbar support, and cushioned coccyx area. It is narrower at the top to allow free shoulder blade movement. The support comes with a plush, washable upholstery fabric cover, and may be used for drivers 5 feet 3 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall.
