--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 06/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. ---The Foam Form Solid Seat Insert, model SSP85XX, is a solid seat insert designed for use on wheelchairs. The solid seat insert includes T-nuts and a foam form seat (MOD4180). One unit of liquid Sunmate Kit (see also separate entry), a one-inch Sunmate Base Layer, and a four-inch side cover panel are standard. OPTIONS: An optional contour modification is available.

Notes: Four-way stretch face fabric is required with this seat.
