(VERIFIED 5/96) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE.--- The Rifton Adjustable Corner Chair, model GE73, is a corner seat designed to provide upper trunk support for children with severe disabilities. The chair fits children 41 to 57 inches tall with waist height between 23 and 35 inches. The chair includes 2-inch wide hip and chest straps, sandals, a winged back, and adjustable armrests. The armrests are adjustable both up and down or forward and back, and can swing back completely away from the occupant. The seat adjusts vertically and horizontally to provide varying depths from 12 to 15 inches. OPTIONS: Round abduction block (GE753, $33); collar (GE603, $26); back pad (GE732, $40); seat pad (GE733, $33); and trays. DIMENSIONS: Chair base is 20 by 26 inches. The seat is 14.5 inches wide and adjusts vertically from 5 to 16 inches above the back. Seat back height is 20 inches high and 13.5 inches wide between the armrests. CAPACITY: Maximum working load is 100 pounds. WEIGHT: 37 pounds.
