Picture of CENTRA HEARING AID The Centra Hearing Aid is a behind the ear hearing aid designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This sound smoothing, rechargeable, and water-resistant device suppresses transient noise for hearing comfort. Features includes 16-channel processing, data learning, data logging for service fittings, ear-to-ear wireless for more precise sound localization, synchronized volume and program settings, and feedback cancellation. Other features include speech and noise management, automatic and multichannel adaptive directional microphone system, ear wind screen to reduce wind noise when the user is outside, and auto phone. OPTIONS: An ear pocket remote control can be purchased separately.
