Protocol for lower back pain, weakness on the lumbopelvic girdle, abdominals and lumbar paraspinals, and loading of pathological structures by gravity. The unit can be used by persons who do not swim when installed in the shallow end of the pool. The device allows zero-impact exercises such as leg raises, pull ups, pull outs, and abdominal crunches.
