« Previous Product Next Product »The Elasto-Gel Cervical Collar, model CC102, is a therapy wrap for the neck and upper cervical area designed for hot, cold, and pressure treatments in physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine, home care, and other applications requiring thermal therapy. The wrap is made of a flexible gel covered with a four-way stretch material to allow maximum conformity, heat transfer, and comfort. A single product serves for both hot and cold treatments. The wrap remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit, and is heat stable for autoclaving at temperatures up to 250 degrees. The wrap will remain cold for 20 to 40 minutes, and will provide heat for 20 to 30 minutes. The wrap may be heated in microwave or conventional ovens to provide dry heat, unless used with a wet cloth. This plastic covered pad is supplied with a removable cloth cover. The waterproof, plastic cover may be surface sterilized with standard disinfectant solutions.
