The Guardian Escort is a folding manual wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (LxW): 18 x 16 inches. The folded width is 14 inches. Rear ant-tips are optional. SEAT (LxW): 16 x 16, 18, or 20 inches. The floor-to- seat height is 20 inches. UPHOLSTERY: Padded nylon or vinyl. ARMRESTS: Removable, padded, full- or desk-length arms. BRAKES: Spring-lock assisted wheel locks. CASTERS: 8-inch solid casters. WHEELS: 24-inch rear wheels are standard and 12-inch transport wheels are optional. An optional amputee axle kit is available. FOOTRESTS: Bi-directional swing-away footrests. OPTIONS: Convertible transport kit, oxygen tank holder, oxygen tank holder/IV pole, telescoping IV pole, anti-fold device, and chart pocket. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 37 pounds without riggings. WARRANTY: 5-year limited warranty on side frame and cross brace. Extended 3-year limited warranty on most major composite components.
