Picture of C400 VS JUNIOR The C400 VS Junior is a powered stand up wheelchair designed for use by children with lower extremity, mobility, or severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. The C400 VS Jr. has both motorized propulsion and motorized standing. The user can move from a seated to a standing position with power assistance, and can drive the unit and move about in either a seated or standing position. FRAME (LxW): 40.5 x 24 inches. Rigid frame with push handles and a power standing unit designed into the frame. The base frame is available in crystal blue, vintage wine, black onyx, metallic green and xtreme yellow. Front anti-tippers are included. The frame has shock absorbers, tie-down points for transport and a ground clearance of 2.8 inches. CONTROLS: Integrated programmable R-Net joystick controller that includes seat adjustment controls with Intelligent Control System (ICS). The ICS can be programmed with up to three different seat positions. An attendant control system is optional. FWD: Front wheel drive. SEAT (DxW): 14-18 x 17 inches. The back height is adjustable from 21 or 26.5 inches. The floor-to-seat height is 18.5-20.5 inches. A powered seat elevator can raise the seat up to 10 inches. The seat also has a powered tilt feature and can tilt back 25 degrees. The backrest reclines from 90 to 180 degrees. An adjustable lumbar support is standard. A chest support for use when standing is also standard. Options include adjustable headrest, seatbelt and trunk support. UPHOLSTERY: Black leatherette or mesh. ARMRESTS (LxW): 10, 12, 14 or 16 by 4 inches. Armrest height from seat adjusts from 6 to 11 inches. Distance between armrests is 14, 16 or 18 inches. The armrests are padded. BRAKES: Included. CASTERS: Rear caster wheels with solid polyurethane tires. WHEELS: Front wheels, 2.5 inches wide and 8 inches diameter with solid foam or pneumatic tires. FOOTRESTS: Adjustable leg rests; contoured tibial supports; and adjustable aluminum footplate. OPTIONS: Hip, thigh and trunk supports; abductor kit; attendant mount for control unit. POWER: Uses two Group 24, 12-volt, 73-ampere gel batteries (included). A charger is included. SPEED: 4 miles per hour. The maximum range is 25 miles per charge, and the maximum recommended incline is 10 degrees. CAPACITY: 165 pounds. WARRANTY: Contact manufacturer for warranty details.
