This system enables TDD users to use a personal computer as a telecommunications device and includes a MIC300i modem, Full Talk Software on a choice of 3.5- or 5.25-inch diskette and a user's manual. Standard features include an answering machine with remote access and auto detection for TDD or ASCII, auto redial, three dialing modes, infrared interface, bulletin board access, conversation capture, continuous date/time display, direct line connection, electronic mail, help menu, highlighted selection bar, incoming call flashing, call progress indicator, memo and message indicators, choice of color and upper and lower case, and printing facility. Other features include screen snapshot capability, scrolling of five pages of conversation, speed redial, two telephone directories, text-image flexibility, time elapse indicator, and a built-in speaker. MODEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Compatibility: Bell 103 ASCII, 110/300 baud; Bell 202 ASCII, 1200 baud; USA TDD, 45.5 baud; international TDD, 50 baud. OPERATION: Full or half duplex, input data format, asynchronous operation, telephone interface, four-wire direct connect, RJ-11C compatible, PBX compatible, flash PBX support, and pulse or tone dialing. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM PC/AT, PC/XT, or PS-1 and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Pentium, 386, or 486 processor with a processor speed of four to 450 megaHertz (MHz), floppy disk drive, DOS 3.0 or higher, 300 Kilobytes (KB) hard disk space, and 300 KB RAM. OPTIONS: Upgrade version only and additional manuals.
