The Visionary PC Color System is a computer-linked desktop video magnifier designed for use by individuals with low vision. This desktop unit features a color camera mounted above a viewing tray, with a stand to support a monitor. The camera links to a personal computer (PC) with a VGA monitor. Models differ in the size of the stand that supports the computer monitor: Model EXP14C has a stand that supports a 15-inch VGA monitor, model EXP17C has a stand that supports a 17-inch VGA monitor, and model EXP19C has a stand that supports a 19-inch VGA monitor. The computer monitor can also be placed next to the video magnifier (side-by-side configuration) rather than on top of the magnifier stand (in-line configuration). Camera output is the same for any size VGA monitor. OPTIONS: Replacement bulb for illumination of the viewing tray; foot pedal for switching from computer viewing to magnified text viewing.
