18 30 05 Fixed lifting platforms

Lifting devices that use a platform to move people or freight between two or more vertical levels, have no roof, do not lift within a shaft, and are permanently attached to a structure or the ground.
Included are, e.g., wheelchair lifting tables and platform lifts.
