Why did you purchase the product?
To give to my mother who has low vision limitations.

How well did the product meet your needs?
She loved it as did her relatives and friends who saw and used the product.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
The magnifying area attached to the head of the pen.

Are there specific features of the product that you disliked?
Purchased the product from Gold Violin, Lighthouse Vision Store. They no longer carry it. The pen has run out of ink; therefore, until I found this site, I had no way of obtaining another ink cartridge or another pen.

Any other comments about the product's performance?
Suggestions: offer in drug stores and big chain retailers (Wal Mart) where folks are likely to shop and find the product. Offer in dark contrasting ink to help users see what they write.
