Association For Children In New Jersey
"ACNJ collects, analyzes and distributes information on the well-being of children in New Jersey so that policy makers can pinpoint problems and work toward solutions. For example, ACNJ reports data on key indicators of child well-being in each county and in major cities through its Kids Count publications. ACNJ has published reports that examined barriers to adoption of children in placement through the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) and analyzed DYFS efforts to prevent placement. ACNJ examined how schools identify at-risk students and evaluate programs for them."
