The Basic Transition Chair, models 5014 and 5016, is a youth positioning chair designed to provide innumerable sitting options for use by children with physical disabilities. Featuring 15 degrees of independently adjustable posterior and anterior pelvic tilt, this support system is also designed to accomodate a variety of growing needs. It includes a seat belt and a footrest. OPTIONS: Wood tray, clear tray, abduction blocks, support blocks, adjustable armrests, mobility base, back and seat pads, support wings, and a removable headrest. DIMENSIONS: Model 5014: The seat height adjusts from 9.5 to 14 inches, the arm height is 16 inches above the floor, the back is 15 inches high, and the seat to footrest distance can be adjusted from 6.5 to 12 inches. The seat is 12.5 inches wide and adjusts from 9 to 14 inches deep. The use of support blocks allows seat width adjustment from 6.5 to 12.5 inches. Model 5016: The seat height adjusts from 13 to 16 inches, the arm height is 21 inches above the floor, the back is 19 inches high, and the seat to footrest distance can be adjusted from 8 to 15.5 inches. The seat is 15 inches wide and adjusts from 11 to 16.5 inches deep. The use of support blocks allows seat width adjustment from 8 to 16 inches. COLOR: The chair is natural wood and the pads and blocks are available in teal and burgundy.
