Q-tip Weaving Loom

This Q-tip Weaving Loom is a do it yourself activity for individuals with fine motor disabilities and dexterity loss to exercise their fine motor abilities.
Step one: Gather materials.
- Permanent marker.
- Cardboard (cut into approximately the length of your Q-tips and as wide as the number of Q-tips you use, leaving some space in between).
- Hot Glue.
- Small safety pins.
- Straws (if you want to make the easels).
Step two: Use the permanent markers to color in the end of the Q-Tips (optional).
Step three: Hot glue 5 Q-tips to each cardboard piece.
Step four: Cut a piece of yarn and tie one end to the first Q-tip and the other end to the safety pin.
Step five: "Straw easels" made up of 4 straws (as pictured) may display the art.
